HOW TO ORDER BY PHONE
You may call us to place your order or just ask us questions about our quality products. You can speak to us Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm.
Delivery. All deliveries are sent using our next day delivery courier service. Items available at stock are shipped within 2-4 days of your order.

PRICES
We work hard to hold prices, but have no control over, material costs or shipping costs. Therefore, we must inform you that the prices are subject to change without notice. We will, however, notify you of any significant increases as soon as possible.

BACK ORDERS
Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back orders and shipped immediately when available. We try to avoid back orders and will notify you of any significant delay.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Akamoto we value your business and would like every customer to be satisfied with each purchase. Please do not send parts back without calling or writing us for a Return Authorisation Number in advance. All returns must be made on a prepaid basis. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days, unused, in its original box or packaging, for a prompt and courteous refund, exchange or credit. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

WARRANTIES
All merchandise distributed by Akamoto is only subject to their manufacturers guarantee, if any. No labour or inconvenience may be included in any claims. All claims must be directed to the proper manufacturer with a duplicate to us. Warranties do not apply to improper use or installation of any merchandise. There is no guarantee, either expressed or implied.

LEGALITY OF PRODUCTS
This website contains many items which are designed to improve the performance of your car. Because we offer these items for sale to potential buyers, we cannot be certain of the lawfulness of the use or installation of any given item. We, therefore, recommend that you assure yourself that. We cannot take responsibility for any misuse, damage, either caused by incorrect installation or incompatibility with any product fitted to any mechanical or non-mechanical part / parts.

HOW TO ORDER BY POST
Please supply all the information requested on our order form. We will accept your personal check (please allow 7 days additional time for personal checks to clear our bank) and bank draft.
